Overview

The ASMOKE AS350 is a suitcase-style portable wood pellet grill built to take real smoked flavour on the road. Its patented ASCA steam system turns sauces, wine or beer poured into the tray into superheated steam that keeps food moist, and the stainless steel body delivers 256 square inches (about 1,650 cm²) of porcelain-coated cooking area with a temperature range of 180°F to 500°F (82°C to 260°C). This bundle includes two 20lb bags of assorted oak, cherry and apple wood pellets, so you can fire it up straight out of the box.

At around 22 kg with a latching lid and carry handles, the AS350 suits caravan, motorhome and 4WD camping trips where space is tight but you still want a proper smoker. It is a tabletop unit, so set it on a sturdy camp table at your campsite, caravan park or off-road bush camp, and run it from 230V power, a generator or an inverter. Eight burgers, a handful of chicken thighs or a small pork shoulder fit comfortably, which makes it a good match for couples and small groups touring Australia, or for a backyard barbecue and tailgating at home.
