Cranky Croc
Silicone walls flex, so a full 10 litres wants flat ground and a gentle set-down rather than a drop from the tailgate. It holds shape well enough for washing up, but carry it one-handed and the sides pull inward. Two hands, or half fill it for the walk back.
No. 10 litres is a washing-up and rinse-down bucket, not your drinking supply for a weekend. A pair of people doing dishes will empty it in a night. Treat it as the thing you fill from the jerry can at the tap, not the thing you carry your week's water in.
Hot work and heavy dragging. Silicone shrugs off knocks that crack rigid plastic, but a flexible bucket is awkward for scooping from a shallow creek and it will not sit flat on a slope. If you want something to stand on or tip a fire into, buy steel.
