Smoked Salsa Recipe
3 tomatoes, diced
4 jalapeños, diced
½ yellow onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbs coriander 1 lime, juiced
1 tbs salt
suggested wood chips: apple
- Preheat smoker to 120°C and add wood chips.
- Dice all ingredients and combine in a disposable aluminum pan. Add salt. lime juice, and cilantro, stir salsa together.
- Smoke for 20-30 minutes.
- Chill salsa for 2 hours and enjoy!
