3-2-1 Pork Ribs Recipe
Favourite BBQ sauce
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp dry mustard
- Trim ribs, then apply the dry rub. Fire up the smoker to 110°C.
- Cook ribs for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in foil and return to the smoker for another 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the foil and apply your favourite BBQ sauce.
- Return the ribs to the smoker for an additional hour.
