Is 160 kg enough for two adults?

That is total capacity, gear included, so it is tighter than it sounds. Two average adults plus an esky, water and a dry bag will sit right on the line. Two lighter paddlers are comfortable; one paddler with camping load has plenty of room.

How much work is the hand pump?

The side chambers go up quickly. The DropStitch floor is the one that makes you sweat, because rigidity comes from high pressure and that is all shoulder work on a hand pump. Watch the gauge and take it to the stated pressure — underinflated, it paddles like a banana.

Can I paddle it out past the heads?

No. Flat water is the brief: lakes, dams, calm rivers and sheltered inlets. At 86 cm wide it is stable but slow, and an inflatable hull sits high enough that a breeze pushes it around. Offshore swell, surf and moving water are not its job.
