The Haven Insulated Pad Cover tackles Cold Butt Syndrome (CBS) head-on, wrapping your legs, core, and mid-section in targeted insulation where you need it most. It adds approximately R4 insulation — effectively doubling the warmth of your Haven Insulated Pad — while also reducing pad noise and folding into a compact camp pillow when not in use.

Designed specifically for Haven hammock tent systems and compatible with all Haven Insulated Pads.

Returns

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when buying goods and services.

You can return items if:

The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality
The product is not fit for its intended purpose
The product does not match the description
You can present proof of purchase

For change of mind returns:

Item must be in original condition with tags attached
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Original proof of purchase required
Return shipping is at customer's expense
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Haven Tent Warranty & Returns

Limited 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

Haven Tents guarantee the function as intended out of the box. If you experience issues with your gear, please contact us for support.

However, to set clear expectations, the Haven Tent warranty does not cover:

Regular wear and tear from normal use
Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
Modifications or alterations made to the product
Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty

⚠ Important Note:
We recommend testing your Haven Tent within one year of purchase. We cannot help process warranty claims beyond this period.
