How much water does it take to fill?

Around 250 L at the recommended level, which is a fair while on a garden hose and a real consideration in a dry summer. The drain plug in the base means you can run it out onto the lawn or a garden bed at the end of the day rather than down a drain.

Is 38 cm deep safe for a toddler?

Shallow is not the same as safe. A small child can get into trouble in far less water than 38 cm, which is why the age guide starts at 2 with an adult watching. Stay within arms reach, and empty it when you go inside rather than leaving it full.

Can I set it up at a caravan park?
