Not quite. Wireless describes the video link between camera and monitor, so there is no cable running the length of the van. Each camera still needs 12V power where you mount it and the monitor needs power at the dash. Plan those runs before you start drilling holes.
Most point one wide at the ground behind the van for reversing and aim the other level down the road to watch the traffic behind. Others put the second one on the hitch so a solo hook-up stops being a guessing game. Running 2 cameras is the reason to choose this over a single kit.
That is the variable with any wireless setup. Sheet metal, distance and other gear sharing the band all knock the picture about. Mount the camera high and clear of metal that blocks the path back to the cab, and expect the odd flicker around towns and powerlines.
