Dometic
Better than a bare burner, not immune to it. The low wind guards keep the flame steady in a breeze, but a solid cross-wind still robs heat and stretches your boil times badly. Park it with the case or a rock wall on the windward side and you burn less gas.
They can, though one 230 g canister feeding 4.6 kW does not last long, and a canister worked hard gets cold and loses pressure. Most real cooking is one burner at 2.3 kW with the other ticking over. Carry spares, and keep them out of direct sun.
Anything you would normally want an oven for, such as a tray of vegetables, a small roast or reheating a pie. It sits over the burners and turns two open flames into a rough oven. It is not a sealed cavity, so expect to turn things as they cook.
