Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups shredded smoked turkey
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup dried cranberries
½ cup mayo
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup sweet relish
1 diced hard boiled egg (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Preparation
- Shred turkey in a food processor or chop with knife.
- Mix turkey, dried cranberries, and walnuts together in a bowl.
- Add mayo and mix together.
- Mix in celery, sweet relish, and hard boiled egg.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Cover bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Serve on croissants and enjoy!
