Muttonwood Camp is a free campsite located in Alpine National Park along the Wellington River, approximately 16.5 kilometres north of Licola on Tamboritha Road in the Victorian High Country. The site accommodates caravans, campervans and tents across well-grassed, secluded sites among eucalypts and low hills. Facilities include toilets and showers, though no water is available on-site. Campfires are permitted and the river offers swimming opportunities in clear, shallow water. Mobile reception is unavailable and pets are not permitted in this national park location.
