Maraehako camping ground

Maraehako Camping Ground sits on the Bay of Plenty's east coast, offering beach frontage and boat launching facilities. Positioned at Maraehako Bay north of Te Kaha, the campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no bookings required. Fishing opportunities are available, and the site accommodates pets. Eftpos and cash payments are accepted. Note that powered sites and mobile phone reception are not available, so visitors should prepare accordingly and contact the operator to confirm current facilities and fees before travelling.
