Magpie Flat campground

Magpie Flat campground is situated along the Blue Waterholes trail in the remote High Plains area of Kosciuszko National Park, New South Wales. The unpowered camping area provides basic facilities including tent sites and toilets. Winter road access is unavailable between the June and October long weekends, with potential extensions depending on weather conditions. Managed by NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, the site accommodates tents, caravans, camper trailers and backpackers in this elevated bushland setting. Bookings are available online for up to five sites or twenty people, with larger groups requiring separate enquiries.
