About this campsite

Coorooman Creek Boat Ramp offers a delightful experience for fishing, crabbing, and boating enthusiasts. Despite being a bustling hub during peak fishing hours, its lively atmosphere attracts avid fishermen. The site also includes a specific area where campers can park their RVs or vans overnight. However, be prepared for the area's abundant sandflies during the evening and early morning.

In peak fishing time this spot is very busy and suitable for die hard fisher persons only, due to all night boat launching activities. Sandflies very friendly evening and early morning.

How to Get There

At the waypoint, which is at the large roundabout on Emu Park Road, turn north into the Hartley Street exit. Continue to Svendsens Road (shop on corner). Travel to the end of Svendsens Road to the boat ramp. The last 4km is good gravel, all weather.
