On arrival, guests are required to sign in – a measure that fits with the NSW COVID QR code system. Caretakers, Peter or Lorna, are usually available in a cottage at the entrance for any support. If they're absent, an honesty box is on-site for registrations and payments. Visitors are offered overnight stables, excellent camping facilities, and hot showers. Pets are welcome too, with the only requirement being the necessity to always keep your dogs controlled and on a leash. Furthermore, occupants benefit from a short 1km walk to get hot food. Horse owners get to enjoy the exclusive offer of overnight stables at just a small fee, which includes camping for the owner/driver if they opt to stay at the grounds. Note, though, that despite any sign on the highway, access from Ugoa Street is not available; instead, entry is only possible off Wukuwa Street.
