Barokee Campground Cathedral Rock, situated in Cathedral Rock National Park, provides a serene setting amongst tall trees for an intimate camping experience. Serving as the nearest camp to Cathedral Rock, it offers adventurers the opportunity to trek along the Cathedral Rock track or the Barokee to Native Dog Creek walk. Ensuring convenience and care, an onsite caretaker is available, alongside laundry facilities including free use of washers, coin-operated dryers and outdoor clotheslines. The Showground promises a pleasant and comfortable stay for all visitors.

Aloomba Lavender offers a relaxing experience in Queensland's Granite Belt. The lavender harvest was successful, but the heat can make working tiring. Visitors, particularly campers and RV owners, are often wonderfully friendly and our location is gaining popularity. Planning is underway for the upcoming Granite Belt festival at the end of June and early July, and campsite bookings are recommended. Although our shop is closed in February, we remain available for camping and enjoy meeting the touring coach groups we often host.

Ebor Falls Rest Area is a picturesque site located in Ebor, a small town on the New England Tablelands. It's a part of the Guy Fawkes River, highlighted by a 115 meter columned basalt rock falls. This scenic rest area features lookout areas, picnic spots, barbecue facilities, and toilets. In addition to its easy access and ample caravan parking, a short walk from your parking spot leads to an impressive viewing platform of the falls. Tourists can also appreciate educational information structures, meander on beautiful walking trails surrounding the falls, and delight in the sight of wildflowers flourishing in spring.

Please note the access road is sealed but narrow, so caution is advised for larger vehicles.

Although camping spaces aren't clearly marked and the area being somewhat confined, it promises an authentic encounter with nature, making it an exciting adventure for those seeking an off-the-beaten path experience.
