It houses an expansive concrete boat ramp, capable of managing any towable vessel. An integral part of the area's weekend activity is the vibrant Saturday morning market held within the premises. The area is equipped with a screw fitting water tap, primarily meant for boat washing, but convenient for water tank refuelling as well. The vast space ensures easy manoeuvring and turning around of your rig, provided no boats are in the launching process.
