Kin Kora Village Caravan Park

Kin Kora Village sits on twelve acres in the middle of Gladstone, backing onto the golf course and within walking distance of the shops, the lakes and the racecourse. Powered sites are concrete slabs, and drive-through sites can be requested when you book. Unpowered sites are on grass. The park takes large caravans and motorhomes. There is a pool at the front of the park, a camp kitchen, a barbecue area, and a central amenities block with laundry and accessible facilities. A dump point is available to guests. Dogs are welcome in your own caravan, and there is a grassed exercise area among the gums near the creek. Cabins range from standard rooms through to ensuite cabins sleeping a family of four. Worth knowing before you book: the park changed hands in 2025 and part of the caravan area is being converted to rental villas, so the number of tourist sites is smaller than older listings suggest. Book ahead in peak season.
