Although previously open for camping, after March 2020, this facility changed to a day-use only site due to certain health and safety resolutions from the council. An important note for visitors is that while the rest area does consist of a restroom, it is currently non-operational. Despite this, Bass Valley Reserve Rest Area remains a welcoming and refreshing spot for daytime retreats and pauses in your journey.
