Smoked XL Pigs in a Blanket Recipe
Ingredients
1 package of hot dogs (8)
1 can packaged biscuit dough
Sliced cheese
Preparation
- Separate biscuits.
- Spread biscuit into square slightly larger than slice of cheese.
- Place cheese onto dough and roll hot dog from one corner diagonally across.
- Place on nonstick pan in smoker on 3rd Grill + Finish wire-rack placement.
- Turn Grill + Finish Element on high and smoke for 12-15 minutes or until dough has browned.
- If using Propane, Smoke at 175°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
