Weira Reserve
Weira Reserve
About this campsite
Gnamma Holes are water holes formed in rock that were used by nomadic indigenous tribes. Early explorers and settlers also relied on them as a source of water. At the entrance to the reserve is a caravan rest area for those who are just staying a short while. A few hundred metres down the gravel road to the left of the entrance is the picnic and camping area. There is mobile phone access here, but it varies from place to place. Sometimes you only need to move a few metres to get the signal.
