The Victoria Bathurst is a heritage-character pub on Keppel Street in central Bathurst, with accommodation upstairs and the bar and dining room below. The rooms — refurbished in 2019 — run from singles to queen family setups sleeping four, most sharing well-kept bathrooms with separate cubicles; one queen room has its own ensuite. It's honest pub lodging, not a boutique hotel, and the pub says so itself: old pub, old pub features, good beer. Rooms have smart TVs, bar fridges, high ceilings and street views. Mount Panorama is about 3km away, which makes the Vic a handy race-week base, and the cafes and shops of the Bathurst CBD are on the doorstep.
