Territory Manor Motel and Caravan Park is a Mataranka oasis 100km south of Katherine and 400km south of Darwin, in the heart of the Never Never country celebrated in Jeannie Gunn's classic novel. The park combines unique rammed-earth motel accommodation with powered sites and unlimited unpowered camp pitches set in shady, grassed park-like surrounds.
