NRMA Bairnsdale Riverside Holiday Park is set on the banks of the Mitchell River in central Bairnsdale, the gateway to East Gippsland and Victoria's High Country. The park is two main streets from Bairnsdale's CBD and three and a half hours' drive east of Melbourne. Accommodation includes open-plan, one and two-bedroom self-contained cabins, ensuite powered caravan sites and grass camp pitches under shady gums. Onsite facilities include a swimming pool, kids' playground, camp kitchen, BBQ pavilions, free WiFi and laundry. Pet-friendly cabins and sites are available year-round. The park is a great base for exploring the Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile Beach, Lakes Entrance, the Mitchell River and the alpine country around Mount Hotham and Dinner Plain.
