Mount Chance Campsite is a free camping area in the Great Southern region managed by the Department of Parks and Wildlife. Located along the Bibbulmun Track, a 1000-kilometre trail running from Kalamunda to Albany, the site accommodates approximately 12-15 campers and is accessible by two-wheel-drive vehicles. Facilities include toilets and water. The campsite serves as a convenient stopping point for hikers tackling sections of the Bibbulmun Track, situated between Shannon and other track campgrounds. Dogs are welcome at this bush camping location, which sits at an elevation of approximately 113 metres above sea level in Western Australia's southern forests.
