Remote Top End camping in a wetland teeming with birds and saltwater crocodiles

Mary River National Park protects some of the NT's most intact and biodiverse wetland ecosystems. The Point Stuart camping area overlooks the floodplain with extraordinary birdwatching — magpie geese, brolgas, jabiru and hundreds of species. Saltwater crocodiles are abundant and visible from the bank. A true wilderness experience.
