Litchfield National Park is Darwin's favourite weekend escape — a sandstone plateau of monsoon rainforest, magnetic termite mounds and spectacular waterfalls. The Wangi Falls campground puts you right at the base of the twin falls with a large swimming lagoon. Florence, Tolmer and Buley Rockhole are also nearby.
