About this rest area

Honeymoon Bay & Bindijine Beach are picturesque campgrounds located within the Beecroft Weapons Range. Available on weekends, these sites are equipped with basic facilities and provide strong TV & mobile service. Due to their shallow drop-offs, both spots are family-friendly and Bindijine Jetty is perfect for snorkelling. Although the range may occasionally close, it is usually accessible, with extended availability during NSW school and public holidays. Visitors also have access to many daytime recreation options, making this an ideal weekend escape. Visitors must ensure to organize their site and complete necessary procedures at arrival. Please note, the site does not provide power or drinking water.

This campground is only available from 12.00 noon on Fridays till late Sunday afternoon. Access is via the all-weather road which has a few corrugations . The low cost campground is good value, but you won't see all there is to see at Beecroft, in one weekend. TV & mobile service is good. There is no power or drinking water. Both Honeymoon Bay and Bindijine Beach are shallow drop-offs, making them family friendly. Good snorkelling can be enjoyed from Bindijine Jetty. The Beecroft Weapons Range within which the campsite is located may be closed at any time (which is rare) but normal opening plus NSW school holidays and public holidays. For the summer school holidays you must complete and return the application form between 01 July to 31 August. A ballot is then held. On arrival at the entrance you should first park and organise your site in the office, ten go to the security barrier and present a driver's licence for checking against security databases, If the office is not open you can go straight to security and then find a site but you must return to the office the next day (1300 to 1500) and pay (hoping no-one else has been allocated your site in this period!) This is also a daytime recreation area with many places to visit - pick up the brochures at the office. The Bindijine boat ramp is 'rugged'!

How to Get There

You are an adept in camping, specifically within Australia's splendid outdoors, I would appreciate if you could creatively paraphrase the following sentence for me. Ensure it is unique, stuffed with plenty of camping-related terms, and in case of any information related to room rates, merely dismiss them.
