Gorge View Bush Retreat is set on 120 acres of private bushland along the Katherine River, on the escarpment at the doorstep of Nitmiluk (Katherine Gorge) National Park in the Northern Territory's Top End. Accommodation comprises air-conditioned canvas glamping bell tents with a queen bed and linen, safari tents with king-single beds, and solar-powered eco safari tents, all with access to shared bathrooms and a camp kitchen. Onsite facilities include a 12-metre inground swimming pool, fire pits and yoga classes, with meals available to order from the hosts. It is a peaceful, nature-immersed base for the Nitmiluk gorge cruises and canoeing, the Leliyn (Edith Falls) swimming holes and the Katherine region's hot springs.
