Bluff Campsite

Bluff Campsite, also known as Maunganui Bluff Campsite, offers beachfront camping on grassy sites near the sand dunes in Northland. The campground provides toilets, water and a small shelter, with vehicle access available directly off the beach. Popular with Te Araroa Trail walkers as a stop along the long-distance route, the site can become busy during tramping season. While there is limited shade among the dunes, the location allows easy access to the beach and surrounding coastal landscape. Campers should contact the site operator to confirm current facilities, fees and availability before planning their stay.
