The campground offers 49 large, well-treed sites suitable for RVs, along with six walk-in tenting sites positioned along the Elbow River. Situated in the Rocky Mountains roughly 40 minutes west of Calgary, the facility operates seasonally from mid-May through early September on a first-come, first-served basis. A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required for vehicle parking at this provincial recreation area site, which sits at an elevation of 1,509 metres.
