Smoked Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
Bushel of Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Sea salt
Seasoned salt
Balsamic glaze
Preparation
- Preheat smoker to 175°C (propane) or, 135°C (electric).
- Heat a cast iron skillet in the smoker until very hot. While the pan is heating, slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
- Remove skillet with gloves and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt on skillet and place Brussel sprouts cut-side down.
- Season with seasoned salt and smoke for 30-45 minutes at 175°C (propane) or 1 hour at 135°C (electric).
- Remove from smoker and drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
