Limited 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty

Nortent offers a 2-year warranty on all products in accordance with Norwegian consumer laws. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faults in materials or workmanship

If you experience issues with your gear, please contact us for support.

However, to set clear expectations, the Noretent warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear from normal use
• Improper use, including exceeding the maximum weight capacity
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration)
• Modifications or alterations made to the product
• Residue from duct tape or adhesives, which may void the warranty

⚠ Important Note:
We recommend testing your Noretent within one year of purchase. We cannot help process warranty claims beyond this period.
